Desde sus inicios como empresa, TACSE ha tenido siempre un compromiso incuestionable con la calidad, que es reconocida por sus clientes, y que con en el tiempo se ha convertido en una seña de identidad.

Esta calidad se basa en tres pilares básicos: una estricta selección de los materiales y los componentes electrónicos necesarios para la producción de sus equipos, un cuidado proceso de fabricación y el exigente protocolo de pruebas que han de pasar todos sus productos antes de salir al mercado.

Fruto de todo ese trabajo, podemos asegurar que nuestros productos son altamente fiables y tienen unas tasas de fallo muy por debajo de la media del sector. Pero además, desde TACSE estamos orgullosos de poder también ofrecer un impecable servicio post-venta en el que ponemos a disposición del cliente todo nuestro equipo técnico para solucionar aquellas incidencias que puedan surgir.

Pero nuestro compromiso no se acaba aquí. Es por ello que la empresa es auditada de forma regular por organismos de certificación independientes y nuestros productos son sometidos a las pruebas más exigentes en laboratorios homologados. Actualmente contamos con la Certificación de Calidad ISO 9001:2015; así como certificados para los distintos productos que forman parte de nuestro catálogo.

Finalmente, también ponemos a disposición de nuestros clientes un Certificado de Garantía de 2 años para todos nuestros productos.

That is why the company is regularly audited by independent certification bodies and our products are subjected to the most demanding tests in approved laboratories. We currently have the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Certification, as well as certificates for most of our products.

Finally, we also provide with a 2-Year Warranty Certificate for all our products.
