SLA: Signal for railway level crossing without barriers

The SLA are optical and acoustic signals for level crossings with class “B” protection (without barriers).
They are installed at intersections between urban or interurban roads and railroad tracks, oriented towards vehicles. Normally four units are placed at each level crossing (two in each direction of the track).
They consist of two 300 mm diameter red LED spotlights, a red LED message with the message “ANOTHER TRAIN” and an acoustic signal.

  • A 2000 mm. high metal mast placed on an anchor base.

  • A cast aluminum support for fixation and orientation.

  • Double signal Red LED spotlight Ø 300 mm with contrast screen with white border and visor.

  • Acoustic Signal.

  • Made of polyester powder coated aluminum sheet.

  • Each LED spotlight has a nominal individual consumption of 10W.

  • Red LED’S signal indicating ‘ANOTHER TRAIN’ in flashing mode with nominal consumption of 10W.

  • Weatherproof loudspeaker with 8 ohm impedance and maximum power of 25W.

  • The supply voltage for the equipment is 24Vdc.

  • Pedestrian sign according to ET03.365.520.8 for installation at level crossings type “F”.
